Covid-19 statement.

Live-in care provides the reassurance that you and your family may need during the coronavirus pandemic. Living with you in your home, a carer will be there throughout the day and night and will be on hand whenever you require support. Live in care is particularly beneficial as the same carer is there all the time and thus significsntly reduces the person to person transmission which is inherent in a care home setting or if different carers are visiting throughput the day.

We have put in place a number of key policies to maintain best practice:

- We have extended our assignment length to minimise the number of carer changeovers. The same carer will now be available for placements of up to 16 weeks where necessary.

- Our actions are based on the government's advice through "Coronavirus (COVID-19): what you need to do". We also regularly review homecare industry advice and will follow best practice in all circumstances.

- We are following government guidelines on testing. If carers OR CLIENTS show signs of symptoms, we will advise them on priority testing, guide them through the process and take any appropriate actions as required.

- We are maintaining a full back office with staff working from home, this means that we are always available to support carers and clients and offer advice and answer questions that may arise.

We have had No reported cases of corana virus among staff or clients. We are routinely monitoring developments, reviewing our protocols, and preparing appropriate responses as the situation evolves.
